I AM the Resurrection and the Life

a/ Attributing to himself the name of God. (Exodus 3: 11-15) God said to Moses, "I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.'" God also said to Moses, "Say to the Israelites, 'The LORD, the God of your fathers-the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob-has sent me to you.' This is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation." (Exodus 3: 11-15) b/ Awesome power in confessing who he is. (John 18:1-6) I AM the Resurrection and the Life: Doesn't matter who we are - we die. "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?" (Matt 16:26 NASB) But in the midst of futility Jesus Christ ... He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies Martha was referring to this: (John 11:24) "So it is with the resurrection of the dead. [The body] that is sown is perishable and decays, but [the body] that is resurrected is imperishable (immune to decay, immortal). It is sown in dishonor and humiliation; it is raised in honor and glory. It is sown in infirmity and weakness; it is resurrected in strength and endued with power." (1 Cor 15:42-43 Amp) And whoever lives and believes in me will never die Jesus was referring to this: "In him was life, and that life was the light of men." (John 1:4) " God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. (1Jn 5:12) Do you believe this? "I AM ..." Do you believe this? Martha: "Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world." (John 11:27) Peter: "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?" Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." (Matt. 16: 16) Thomas: "Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!" (John 20:28) "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die." (John 11:25-26)
